Downloads for Zetafax 2009
Zetafax 2009 is now available. The latest version of the Zetafax programs and components are available free to all existing Zetafax customers with Software Assurance.
NOTE - These files are all password protected, Software Assurance customers should contact their local distributor or Equisys at sales@equisys.com with their entitlement details to obtain these passwords.

The Zetafax 2009 update consists of a number of self-extracting installations that are listed below. Please download and install the components that you require on your system. For update instructions please refer to technote ZTN1725 - HOWTO: Updating to Zetafax 2009.
If you do not have Software Assurance you will need to purchase an upgrade to update your software. Please complete the upgrade license request form or contact your software supplier.

Step 1: Download Zetafax 2009 SP1
This single download contains the Zetafax Server and Zetafax Client Applications which consist of the Zetafax Client, Fax Broadcast, Outlook Integration, Microsoft Office Addins. This download also includes the platform feature pack which provides support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

If you are also using your email client to send and receive faxes, you will also need to download some of the following. What you need to download will depend on the mail system you are running.
Step 2: Choose your Email system
Exchange 2007
Exchange 2007 server-side components
To install the Exchange 2007 part of the connector, please do one of the following:
• Install using the Zetafax Exchange Connector for Exchange 2007 installer. For more information please see the ZTN1615-INFO:Installing the Zetafax Connector on Exchange 2007 Server
or
• Install the components manually by following ZTN1565-HOWTO Manually Installing Exchange 2007 Server-Side Components This technical note documents the manual steps required for the configuration of the Exchange Server and Active Directory to allow Zetafax Server v2008 to function with Exchange Server 2007.
Exchange 2003
- ex2kcnctr.exe 15,400 KB (Password Protected)
Connector Schema Utility
This utility prepares Active Directory for use with Zetafax.
Note: This must be run before attempting to install this update of the Exchange 2003 Connector.
Exchange 2003 Connector
The connector is installed on the Exchange server and is responsible for passing messages to and from the Zetafax server to Outlook.
Lotus Domino
The software required to use your Lotus Notes email client to send and receive faxes is included in the Zetafax Server download. No further download is required for this mail system.
SMTP mail servers
- SMTP.exe 2,150 KB (Password Protected)
Zetafax SMTP Gateway
This download allows you to send and receive faxes directly from your e-mail client application.

Remote Administration
This program can be used to access your Zetafax server from a remote location, allowing a network administrator to monitor and configure the Zetafax server programs from a remote computer, rather than from the computer running the server programs.

Zetafax Web Client
The Web client can be used to send and receive faxes from a browser (Internet Explorer) interface instead of the Zetafax Client. You can download the Web Client by clicking on the link below.

Zetafax Duo: Why upgrade to Zetafax 2009
To get Zetadocs v6 simply contact us at sales@equisys.com or call Equisys directly on +44 (0)20 7203 4001. Alternatively contact your local distributor to upgrade to the latest version of Zetadocs PDF. If you have a valid Software Assurance or Software Maintenance contract then you are entitled to this upgrade at no cost.

To download Zetafax product downloads you require a valid username and password. Software Assurance are entitled to the above downloads and should contact their local distributor or Equisys at sales@equisys.com with their entitlement details to obtain these passwords.
