Zetafax for legal

Our award winning fax server software is simple to install, easy to manage and highly reliable. It provides fax communication from one central server supporting clients on all PCs. Zetafax provides a good return on investment replacing either single or multiple fax machines.

It takes 80% less time to send a fax with Zetafax, enabling both lawyers and administrators to spend more time on case related activities. There are no consumables to buy and no ageing fax machines to maintain. Each user or department can be allocated a separate extension (DDI) so faxes are sent directly and securely to them and do not need forwarding.

Improve document archiving and retrieval

Zetafax, integrates with all of the main practice, case and document management systems including; LexisNexis Axxia and Visualfiles, Hummingbird, Interwoven, Thomson Elite, IRIS and Microsoft SharePoint.

The integrations enable users to send and receive faxes directly from these existing systems, much like email. All faxes can also be automatically stored against the client or case record for easy reference and retrieval.

Feature set developed for lawyers

Signatures and other graphics files can be added to outbound faxes so there is no need to re-scan signed documents. Annotations such as 'date received', 'date approved' and 'actioned' stamps can also be added electronically without needing to re-scan
Charge codes can be recorded on outbound faxes so that they can be referenced to a specific case or representative. All documents under a charge code can be instantly retrieved from the archive with the Zetafax search tool
Bates numbering can be supported with an optional add-on for lawyers that use this referencing system. All pages of outbound documents can be recorded with a unique Bates number

Maintain client confidentiality

Every fax sent or received by Zetafax is secure. Users are issued with specific login credentials and are only able to view faxes relevant to them or their department. Zetafax also records a daily archive where permissions can be set to control access by specific users.

Gain control of your faxing

A single fax machine or an entire network can be replaced and then managed centrally by one administrator. New users can be enrolled remotely without the need to visit separate buildings. Usage can easily be controlled with management tools including 'do not dial' controls and fax receipt can be protected with rules for 'Junk fax' filtering.
