The wide range of Zetafax add-ons allow you to expand your system's functionality one step at a time:
Zetafax Fax over IP Connector
The Zetafax Fax over IP (FoIP) Connector provides an efficient way to integrate a fax server and phone systems. Voice over IP (VoIP) systems can be used for faxing directly, saving the cost of installing separate phone lines for the use by the fax Server.
For phone systems that are not IP, Zetafax supports a range of media gateways communicate between the PBX and the IP network via T.38 and enable conversion from T.38 to T.30 for communication over the PSTN.
API Toolkit Add-on
The API Toolkit allows Zetafax to be integrated with specialized
software. Users can send custom, professional looking fax documents directly from the applications they use daily with no need for additional training. Integration can be achieved via submit files, embedded addressing, DDE commands and C/COM libraries.

Zetafax Duo
Zetafax Duo adds the power and features of Zetadocs PDF to Zetafax, providing a single interface that lets you build multi-part documents on screen as PDFs and then send them securely by email as well as fax. It’s ideal for automating sales quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and statements via email and fax.

Document Conversion Add-on
This add-on allows more than 250 document formats to be converted to fax TIFF format
and removes the need to install authoring applications on the Zetafax
server. It also increases conversion speed which reduces outbound queue length
to eliminate delivery delays.

SMS Gateway Add-on
Communicate directly with new prospects and existing customers via
text with the Zetafax SMS Gateway add-on. Sending SMS text messages from PC to mobile handsets is a quick, cost effective and allows accurate targeting. It can be used to
deliver mass notifications such as approaching contract deadlines or schedule changes.

Zetafax Link for eCopy ShareScan OP
The Zetafax Link for eCopy ShareScan OP integrates with eCopy's ShareScan OP software allowing users to fax paper documents directly from multi-function devices (MFPs).
Faxes sent from MFPs are automatically associated with the users email application, allowing instant archiving and resubmission in case of failure. Other features include automatic coversheet creation and status notification ensuring faxes always look professional and are delivered promptly.

Server Failover
To help reduce the impact of system failure on your faxing requirements, you can set up a second Zetafax Server that will detect issues with your primary Zetafax Server, and activate itself on failure to allow faxes to continue to be sent. This allows you to deal with problems such as system crashes and hardware failures, and to carry out system upgrades without interrupting use of Zetafax.
