The two support contracts listed below offer you peace of mind with technical assistance when you need it, and free software updates and upgrades for the length of your contract.

Software Maintenance

Software Maintenance is our premium support contract, providing telephone support with a response time of under 2 hours, and priority email support with a response time of under 24 hours. It also includes automatic access to all updates and upgrades to the software.

Software Assurance

Software Assurance is our standard support contract, providing email support with a response time of under 24 hours. Software Assurance enables administrators to keep their systems up to date, including updates for new platforms and new versions of supported applications, as well as feature enhancements in new releases.

Software Updates and Upgrades

Customers with Software Assurance or Maintenance automatically receive all upgrades and updates to their software for free. Equisys is constantly developing its software products, defining new technical features to enhance and upgrade performance, improve usability, and extend and enrich functionality.
