to handle all the financial documents relating to your sales and purchase
processes.
Having these key documents immediately to hand improves the service you
offer customers and suppliers. It can reduce filing costs and help ensure
regulatory compliance.
Scan and capture module
Documents from your customers and suppliers are captured –
whether they arrive by email, fax or on paper. They are indexed for
content based searching, converted to a format for long term archive
(PDF/A) and stored in SharePoint. Copies of documents you send are
automatically stored alongside.
These documents may be shared with colleagues to help them work more
effectively and efficiently – even if they are not ERP users.
Fax delivery module
Zetadocs provides the ability to fax as well as email documents to ensure your customers or suppliers recieve the right document by their preferred method of receipt.
Built on the technology of our world renowned Zetafax network fax server, this module enables you to automate fax delivery for specific contacts, document types or businesses. For example, where one of your customers insists that only statements are sent by fax
Software Developers Kit
The Zetadocs SDK allows your Microsoft Dynamics VAR to customize Zetadocs further using the NAV or GP development environments and SharePoint.
