How it works
Zetadocs for SalesLogix integrates with your existing IT infrastructure and Sage SalesLogix version 6.0 or greater to automate the process of distributing business documents by fax and PDF by email. Zetadocs for Sage SalesLogix utilizes a powerful fax server, Zetafax, to manage the delivery of faxes to and from the user's desktop and client software, converting any document on demand.

Automate the process of sending business documents
Utilizing the "Write" function in SalesLogix, customized documents, such as sales proposals, customized marketing communication, quotations, general business communication, product literature or sales and support documentation. Pre-created templates and cover sheets can be easily created and quickly assembled for distribution.
Zetadocs for SalesLogix can also send documents to multiple recipients as faxes or email. Simply choose the list of recipients and the documents are sent automatically in the chosen format. In addition, inbound faxes can be delivered automatically from your desktop via your Outlook email client.
Integrates with existing IT infrastructure
Zetadocs for SalesLogix integrates fully with Sage SalesLogix, becoming the primary fax solution and document delivery software for documents sent electronically. In addition, Zetadocs for SalesLogix is integrated with Microsoft Office, making it simple for companies to convert documents to fax and PDF automatically as part of their daily business routine.

Secure delivery and automatic archiving
Faxes and PDF files always retain the original "look and feel" when viewed or printed, giving you full control over the presentation of data. Documents that are considered high security can also be password protected if required.
ocuments that are faxed will be automatically archived and a note of completion can be added to the customer record. All PDF's emailed can be archived using the archiving feature in Microsoft Word. This feature provides fast retrieval of business documents by all network users and helps maintain high levels of customer service.
