Zetadocs - PDF integration with ACT!

Zetadocs PDF integrates with ACT! Contact Management software to automate the process of sending documents directly to ACT! contacts. Sales quotes can be merged to company letterhead and combined with terms and conditions and a product brochure, and then sent directly by email with a single mouse click.

Email marketing mailshots can be sent automatically to groups of ACT! contacts, so that each recipient receives a great looking, personalized PDF document. A copy of the sent document can be stored automatically against the customer history.
